ELEMENTARY GRADE REPORT CARDS

Three official progress reports are issued during the year (late November, mid March and year end). Student led conferences are scheduled for all elementary students during the week following the report cards. Teachers will send out more information closer to the interview dates. Progress will be reported through the teacher's comments on the report card and a student-led conference. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child's progress, please phone the school at any time for an appointment with the teacher or the administration.

JUNIOR HIGH REPORT CARDS

Junior high student progress is reported three times during the year, late November, mid March and year end. An interim report card will be issued mid October and mid February. Parent teacher conferences are scheduled for all junior high students during the week following the report cards. Teachers will send out more information closer to the interview dates.

Final marks in the core subjects are based on the mark obtained for each of the computer based report cards and a final exam written in June.

The present weighting system is as follows:1st term, 20%, 2nd term, 30%, 3rd term, 30%, and final exam, 20%.
